onderwijs<\/h1>\n<p>Leerlingen die voldoende medisch zelfstandig zijn en die wellicht de overstap kunnen maken naar het regulier (voortgezet) onderwijs, kunnen in aanmerking komen voor ons project Hybride onderwijs. Gedurende een half jaar kunnen leerlingen vanaf groep 6 twee dagen in de week meedraaien op een reguliere school (aan de overkant van de straat) onder begeleiding van een onderwijsassistent van onze school. Zo wordt gemonitord of hij\/zij klaar is voor de overstap. Alle factoren die bij zo\u2019n overstap komen kijken, worden met alle betrokkenen goed overwogen. De ouders, de Commissie van Begeleiding, de verpleegkundigen en de leerkrachten kunnen aan de hand van de leerlijnen steeds bekijken hoe de leerling zich ontwikkelt en hierop inspelen met begeleiding en hulp. Wanneer een overstap naar het regulier onderwijs gemaakt wordt, blijven wij de leerling nog enige tijd na vertrek volgen en indien nodig ondersteunen.
